【大切なご報告】

TAKAZAWAは2022年9月2日に丸17年を迎えました。
皆様との素敵な出会い、頂いたご縁、ご支援、愛に感謝しかありません。
そして、18年目をスタートするにあたり、
新しい地で『TAKAZAWAの新しい形』を目指して出発をすることにいたしました。
17年間一緒にがんばってきたこの赤坂の土地を離れるのは寂しいですが　
「食」と「飲」という共通の好きで繋がる美味しい時間、
「同じ価値観」という輪がもたらしてくれる心豊かな時間を、
これからも大切にして　
近い将来また新しい場所で、皆様に会えるのを楽しみに頑張って参ります。

赤坂での営業は2023年1月初旬までを予定しております。
お時間ございましたら赤坂・TAKAZAWA での、
髙澤義明のクリエイションを楽しみにいらして頂ければ、
出発前に皆様にお会いできれば、とても、とても、うれしいです。

On September 2, 2022, TAKAZAWA will celebrated the 17 years of wonderful encounters, relationships, support
and love we have received from friends and supporters around the world.

Our 18th year will begin with an important announcement:

We will be leaving Akasaka in early January 2023
and creating a new form of TAKAZAWA in a completely new location.

As with all big decisions, we have mixed feelings.
We’ll be sad to leave our birthplace in Akasaka
after investing 17 years of hard work building our brand and reputation.

But we’re also exciting about creating a new stage on which
to the celebrate the spiritual and social nourishment that only a shared meal can bring.

We would be very, very happy to see you at the current location before we leave and
look forward to welcoming you at our new location !
