TAKAZAWAは、2023年1月末日に第一章の幕を閉じました。
2005年からの17年間、あっという間だったような、それでもこの長い期間、
東京・赤坂での仕事を続けることができたのは皆様からの厚いご支援のお陰です。
皆様への感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。
今までのいただいたたくさんの幸せな出会いと大切なご縁。
本当に、本当に、ありがとうございました！

これから、新しい土地・北海道で、
その素晴らしい大自然の環境を保護し、
動植物の命に感謝をし、純粋に同じ気持ちを共感できることを大切にして
また皆様に会える日を楽しみにしながら
わたしたちの尽きることないチャレンジに、次のカタチ作りに、邁進してまいります。

On 31st January 2023, TAKAZAWA in Tokyo are closed permanently.
We are really and deeply grateful for wonderful encounters, 
relationships, support and love we have received from friends and supporters around the world 
since we were born in 2005.

We have mixed feelings, but we’re exciting about creating a new stage in Hokkaido on which to the celebrate the spiritual and social nourishment that only a shared meal can bring.
Already looking forward to seeing you there !
